Hi Patrick, can your 3D printed parts be easily rescaled on your equipment to print in say 1/35 or even 1/48 or 1/72? Same for the wood frames?

Not "easily", but it's on my to-do list.
The practical issue is that many features aren't "push button scalable". The 1/8" stringer notches in the frames won't be right if scaled from 1:24 to 1:35... the 3D printed walls that are at printer minimum in 1:24 will be too thin at 1:35... etc.
It's all fixable, just takes time...

Pat,
Your beautiful acrylic cabin has my mouth watering over the possibilities of a Italeri 1/35th scale version of this boat -- with extra parts for a gunboat...

Hmm, does it have to be Italeri?
Here's a close-up of the breech door, with toggle bolts:

Just got back from the woods and caught up on this thread. Amazing work! I would also be interested in 1/35 scale. I suspect there's a good market for both.
Ted, the 3D printing costs are diving and the quality just keeps getting better. As I mentioned there were some folks at the IPMS competition vendor room that were selling their rendering services and access to high res 3D printing. If you have an idea and can render it in a CAD program you can have somebody print it for you.
Thanks for sharing your work. I'm excited to see how it progresses!

Pat,
No, it doesn't have to be Italeri...but...who else would do a commercial, mass-produced, boxed, styrene plastic 1/35th scale version of it?

Whoa! Your 59-68 series cabin is superbly detailed. How much does this cabin weigh?

Not much Wayne- about 7 ounces. But it's not as strong as your fiberglass pieces!
It does have all the detail molded, er, printed in... mounting holes, internal lips for window glazing, scribed panel lines, etc etc.
