Hey Pat,
I hope this doesn't ruin your day, but the 50 cal cradles are missing the trigger assemblies. You could look at these photos and come up with a good scale model to add to the detail of yours I would be willing to bet! The green one is the copy made by Mr Avezzie in Mass and the grey one is the original he used to copy from that he borrowed from Don Shannon. I hope this is detailed of a view enough for you to fashion a scale copy from. Jerry
Authentic Copy made by Harland Avezzie
Original trigger assembly from PT Museum in Fall River

She's really coming along Pat. Thanks for sharing. As a modeler I'm really enjoying this come together using the new technology. The future of model making materializing before our eyes.

Thanks all!
Jerry, every day is great, and nothing will spoil that! Yep, knew about the trigger mechanism, but didn't have enough info to design the model part... left discretion as the better part of valor on that one. May get around to it soon...
Ted, thanks for the suggestions, I'm still mulling it over...

Wow!
Great job, Pat.
P.S.
There's what our dream Italeri 1/35th scale 77-footer would look like...and just imagine her in a weapons-and-radar-heavy-PT 59/60/61 gunboat configuration...

Pat;
She is beautiful!!!! can you take a few photos of Cockpit area(overhead too) I would like to see what you did here, especially rear bulkhead as there is a small step in each corner, I have never seen a decent photo of these, so I never put them in.
Take care,
TED

Thanks all.
Ted, 'll include those when I take the "beauty shots" soon... but take a look at this from Gene K, in his PTC section... you can see one of the steps. I've assumed similar for the 77's.
