Russell Pullano,turned 84 on the 5th of July.
Im sure i talk for everyone,when i wish this wonderful man,a very happy birthday and there will be many more to come.
He will hate me doing this,but ive come to know him as a kind and generous man,and i am extremely proud to call him a friend.
He served with Ron 9 and Ron 12.

What a surprise to see that 'ole Australian good friend post that I made it to 84...No I don't hate you for that,Mike

I wish to thank you others for your nice posts also.

I usually check on this board about once a week. It certainly has kept memories alive, and initiated correwspondence with the nicest bunch of people. I only wish that I could have given more information, but I was just a kid back then, and I was only interested in getting home alive, getting married and have a wonderful family. I was lucky it all came to pass, Thank God.
Today, my only regret is that I didn't consume and digest the history that was taking place and the many places that I would have never visited, although they were not what you would call a vacation visit LOL
