I took digitals photos of a bunch of (50) prints we have from the National Archives and posted them to our photobucket site. They show some interesting closeups of the interior and exterior of the late war PT625 class Higgins PT boat, PT 631 and a few of PT 644. Here is the inside of the charthouse showing the SO3 Radar PPI unit and the IFF Control Unit on top, also the Fluxgate Master Indicator and the Radar Resonance Chamber

Here is a view of the Starboard side of PT631 in the Higgins Industrial Canal during trials and acceptance testing

Here is a photo of the PT644 on the cradle about to be launched. You can see the size of the 3 screws and the 2 rudders.

As always you come up with some awesome photographs ( where's the Elco's, lol) Love the Radar shot, I would give my eye teeth to find one for my Exhibit. I have the TCS-12 Radio and Receiver, but that Radar set has elluded me for years. I know that Rytheon Company has a brand new set complete with parts, but last I checked they won't part with it...............
