As my last post offered, other names may have been:

A cook on the PT-109 , the night (Jan. '43) the crew used the PT-112 instead, because the 109 had mechanical problems, had to abandon ship & the crew was in the open sea for some hours. He then left the 109 after this incident.

Anything on this or anything else concerning the 4 yrs. total Dad was in the Navy. I joined him at a PT reunion, here in Pgh, roughly 18-19 yrs. ago....summer of 89, I believe. Any photos from this event, I wonder, with the men that attended...? ANYthing would be most helpful & appreciated!
