The Movie Devil Boats was a Warner Brothers made film all about the Elco PT BOAT. This Featurette was shown at the Dewitt Theater located in Bayonne New Jersey. It was shown on August 22, 1944 to over 2500 Elco employees and their families, as well as invited dignitaries. To go along with the premiere Elco was also presented the Army/Navy E Award for excellence in productivity. Here are a few photos to enjoy, as well as an unused ticket and booklet that was donated to my exhibit. The booklets were handed out to all who attended.

I've always wondered why Warner Bros. didn't use some of their great color footage of PTs at speed from "Devil Boats" as opening shots in the movie "PT 109," instead of the ones they did.

The "Devil Boats" footage would've been much better.
