I have been working on a somewhat different book to go along with the other books I have "Building the PT BOATS" and "PT Boats behind the Scenes". Not wanting to rehash things that have been done before, this is a unique book in that it deals only with artifacts. The name of the book is called "Artifacts of the PT BOAT Navy". Five chapters starting with Artifacts from the Builders, Artifacts from the MTBSTC, Artifacts from the Front, Keeping them in the Public Eye, and Uniforms, Jackets, Patches and Pins round out the book. All has been turned into my Publisher from Nimble Books LLC. and he is hoping to have the book ready before Christmas. Of course it will be available at Amazon.com and I will keep you informed as to when it actually comes out
