Does anyone recognize this R/C PT as a kit? An Australian gentleman's parents passed on and this was found in their garage:

Wow. Looks to be plank or sheet on frame with f/g resin over it, inside and out.. Without dimensions it is hard to say, but Dumas did an Elco, PT 109 kit that goes way back, late 60's anyhow. The single screw fits. The model would have been updated by the builder though. A little more info would be helpful.

Sorry, the man did send me the length but I airheaded out. The model is 39.5 inches / 1.0m in length. That would make it about 1:24th scale.

Well,
That is not the Dumas kit which was 33". Scratch built perhaps?

Hi Jeff,
Probably a boat built from plans and scratch built.
