I believe this is a standalone 565-624 panel.

That is cool as hell, and in perfect shape, too. The Ebay photo definitely goes into my Pictures file, and I'd love to have that on the wall of my study.

Can't afford it, though.[:-rdo-:].

This looks like the actual item. I compared it to the one we have mounted aboard PT658 and it is identical except on the PT658 panel, the 3 manifold pressure gages are mounted on the top row and the Tachometers are on the bottom row. Maybe Elco has it the way shown on the ebay photos?

Yes Jerry, as far as I can tell all the Elco 80's had the tachs on top. This is PT 613. I see the ebay MPs go higher, 75 as opposed to 50 in the 613 photo:

This photo of a PT 625 Class from https://www.history.navy.mil/content/history/nhhc/our-collections/photography/numerical-list-of-images/nhhc-series/nh-series/NH-71000/NH-71661.html shows the MPs on the bottom. I've also noticed that the needles on some MP gauges at rest read ambient pressure while some point straight down. Mechanical vs electrical gauges maybe?:

Thanks Jerry, I didn't know that both Higgins and Elco used the same panels.

I wonder if it is a part that was supplied by Packard? Since it is for the Packard engines that would make sense.

Good thought David. If all my friends, plus one more, contribute $9,500 each, it could be mine!

Just as random observations, the manifold pressure gauges on the cluster on ebay all say "Inches Mercury Absolute" on their faces in what appears to be raised black letters below the needle pivot point. There are three pipe/tubing connections on the unit that would indicate three mechanical boost gauges, however two gauges show ambient pressure and one less than ambient but not zero. There's clearly a defective gauge that warrants a price reduction. That may get the purchase within the range of some members GoFundMe efforts and/or the number of friends they'll need. I jest about the price reduction of course, but now I'll spend the day wondering why one gauge would read low.

I think the gage merely needs a calibration adjustment. All gages require that from time to time to maintain accuracy. I would bet these gages have never been calibrated since they were manufactured. I used to do exactly this job when I was on active duty. We had a Gage Calibration Shop and had a tracking system to keep up with all the gages we had to calibrate. Literally hundreds on a large ship. Anyway that is a good catch but in reality I don't think it is any defect in the gage itself.
