Happy Veteran's Day to all our veterans and particularly our WWII U.S. Navy PT boat vets.

We live in the Land of the Free because of you, The Brave.

Eternal thanks and gratitude.

Andy and all;
The Poppies of Flanders and war a long time ago...... That is when it was called Armistice Day.
Veterans Day for veterans is not a happy day,for me it is a lot like Memorial Day, it is a time for remembrance, reflection, and hope.
Remembrance of the sacrifices endured by past generations to keep this land, the Land of the free, of Fathers, Brothers, Cousins and Uncles who once stood by our side, who laughed and joked with us, and who always had our back, whatever the situation.
Reflection on places we have been, things we have done, the brothers we have lost. Hope, that we don't have to do those things again and for a better future.

To me, everyday is Veterans Day and Memorial Day.

Andy;
FYI, A guy in the Liverpool area, selling these on behalf of British War Veterans was just exposed by a former para for fraud. The guy was apparently pocketing the money. Vets beware!!!
Take care,
