The post simply stats that you made no posts prior to this morning. It also clarifies that this website / forum trusts it members and does not moderate messages. This forum is clearly one of the most friendly and informative message board around.

I hope you will enjoy posting on this board.

Welcome Steve! It must have got lost in the digital graveyard... I hate it when that happens. I've taken to copying any message anywhere before I post.

If you have questions, hopefully we've got answers! There's lots of PT knowledgeable people that frequent this board. I especially enjoy when a vet posts, besides answering technical questions they also have some great stories.

Hello Dick,Will &Jeff

Many thanks for your kind replies, much appreciated.
afraid my experiences with Forums is not! overhaul a good one.I do not seem to suit the forum concept very well, for one I am far to sensitive! and I have found it very easy for misunderstandings to arise.

No Matter I really hope my membership is a happy and informative experience, and in time I hope to get to know some of you.

very Best Wishes From Norway

Cheers Steve

Hi Steve,

Psychologists tell us that about 90% of human communication is non-verbal. We analyze and judge what we're being told by someone's facial expression, body language, tone and inflection, eye contact, and so on. That's why e-mail and internet forums can be so difficult to judge what the writer has said since we're robbed of all these cues. I guess that's why there are so many misunderstandings in e-mail and forums and why they invented emoticons and emojis.

Whoa, Andy!

I haven't had a bird so far into my face since I hit a Canada goose in my Agusta A-109 one rainy night.
