A while back I read that the museum was looking for a PT boat compass. I think that I may have one. My father, who recently passed away, was on a PT Boat during the war. I found, among his things, a compass. It is in a wooden box 5.5 square by 3.5 high. The compass is suspended inside the box. It is approximately 4 around. It has DIRIGO printed below the North arrow and E.M Sherman Seattle Wash printed below the South arrow. Is this what the museum is looking for? I may be reached at woolgathering@juno.com
