That is Jack Flachmann, who had the 214 boat just before Ted Meredith.

I assume you were talking about the first photo that came up, and that one is Jack Flachmann. His daughters donated the wheel for the 305's bridge.

Actually I was talking of the officer with the dark hair and eyebrows in PT 204, which I remember now is LT Ed Dubose.
