These are a few pics of a present my parents gave me this year.
The story goes that this may have actually been a lobby print in the ELCO Lobby. This may or may not be the case but it was what my Dad was lead to Believe.
Either way it is very old and is a fantastic addition to my collection.

What you have is one of a series of about a dozen or so prints that Electric Boat commissioned to promote their wartime products (subs and PTs). The ones featuring PT boats include Barge Busters, Knights of the Sea, Giant Killers, The Green Dragon's Lair, Heirs to the Fame of John Paul Jones, and Reward of Victory (maybe others?). Yours is one of the oversized prints that was put on somewhat thin paper and is very subject to foxing and fading if not properly protected. These prints can all be found occasionally on eBay, but are a little pricey if in good condition (I've seen them go for as much as $75). Much harder to find are the same shots printed on better quality 8x10 card stock, with colors much more vivid. Some of these were included as loose inserts to the company's 1945 Annual Report. The artwork is dramatic. Keep an eye on eBay / other auction sites and you may be lucky to fill out your collection.

Don't know if you still can, but I got the whole set (reprints) from the PTBI Ship's Store some years ago.....
