Browndog;
Aaron White was Skipper of PT 464 RON 31, he was originally John Claggett's Exec on PT 111, the night they were hit off Savo Island. This would be a nice model to honor him with. There is a nice story, he wrote for the PT Boats All Hands Vol May 2004, pg 47, about his model of PT 464, It also has a photo of Mr. white holding the model while standing on the deck of PT 464 at Okinawa. The model which was made from a 4x4 was hand carved by his QM J.F. Kelly(Kelly actually made 3-4 models and auctioned them to RON 31 members) in 1945 at Okinawa. Mr. White kept this and the ships bell from PT 464 for the rest of his life.
As Frank said post some photos of the Kit, How much are you asking?
Take care,
TED

Browndog,
Wow that looks fantastic! You have a very steady hand to be able to scribe all those lines so perfectly! Please keep posting updated photos of your work. I love to see people building the often underpublicised HIGGINS PT Boats. Higgins Higgins Higgins! Always were the best looking boats, right Ted?
PS I will be posting some new updates of photos of the PT658 (another HIGGINS PT Boat) in the very near future! We are staying busy as well.
