Ahoy there.

Nice model. Nice boat too. VBG LOL Notice the port torpedo is aimed directly at the 37 mm anti-tank gun on the foredeck?

Cheers from Peter

Yeah, Peter....You don't see too many of those rare inward-training tubes. Probably wasn't a good idea to be on the bow 37mm when that baby went hot.

What I was getting at about "needing a hobby" was this. The model for AK Interactive weathering products and magazine. :-)

Dave, I find this website always good for a laugh, good pick me up after a dull day at work.

I was going to say something else about your image like yousah!! but the wife wandered in and came up with,

"My doesn't she have bad arthritis"

And then wandered out of the room leaving me rather dumfounded, I'll never understand women!!!

Not a bad shot of the AK either thinking I should download it and get it posterised and put it up on the wall, so my wife can show all her friends and say this is what my husband researches on the net PT Boats, "whatdoyou" think???

David, at least she didn't hit you upside the head. Just tell her the other David posted the picture. :-)

I highly recommend the AK Interactive Weathering magazine series. They have some great builders demonstrating some very diverse and effective weathering techniques.

The models they've added if not distracting are an added benefit.

Dave
