Well guys I have just discovered that over the past year or so as I have been posting photos of PT 623 tied up to her new dock, at General Quarters and the You-Tube on-board video, I have not posted any land based photos of her running at speed. Of course this doesn't happen to often for fear of attracting those pesky A6M Zeros but here are a few unclassified ones I sneaked in. The Daihatsu Type 1 barge (camera platform & next unlucky target) is finished and waiting to get painted as soon as the temps here are below 90 by 8AM. I sure miss that nice cool NJ basement now.

She is Beautiful Roy, I love the way she sits in the water, if you didn't know it you would think it was the real deal. If you get sick of her, I know where she could end up, lol............

Frank;
Someday Your going to need your own LST to move all those boats and related items around!
Take care,

Hey that's a good idea, wanna make me an LST hauling around 4 PT BOATS. That's an awesome idea, I bet never tried before by any of the great model builders on this site. I have something like 8 Revell PT boats in stock. Do they make a 1/72 LST out there. I love this idea.

Aw come on Frank, 1/16 scale rules. I think that might make the LST just about the size of my engine you are taking care of for me way over there.
