Pt boats escorting LCM's
http://www.ptboatforum.com/cgi-bin/MB2/netboardr.cgi?cid=101&fid=102&tid=3191
Could someone give me an example photo of what the Army LCM's establishing outposts on Morotai Island, mid Sept.1944, that the PT Boats were escorting would look like.?
I have lost all confidence in my google searches.
I have ran a couple of my recent finds from the internet past some guy's on the board and they have said, No Way on a couple unrelated finds I have ran past them.
Thanks for any help.

Julie,
Here's some basic info. http://www.ussrankin.org/lcm.htm
Basically, the LCM-3 and LCM-6 were the standard types used in WWII. They are essentially the same except that the LCM-3 is 50 feet overall while the LCM-6 is 56 feet overall.
