I heard from Piotr at Master Model that he has the 109 kit himself and is planning on making these machined brass barrels as soon as he can get around to it. That's great news! Be patient. He makes wonderful products!

There is a guy in Poland who already sells these on e-bay, I purchased my 20mm and 40mm barrels from him, for my upcoming PT 195 project. They were here in less than 14 days.
