Here's a photo of the 109 kit that Italeri has on display at the Nuremberg Toy Fair.

I noticed there are figures on the boat. Is this something they are working on as part of the crew. Boat looks great as well..............

Other than the boat number on the forward face of the charthouse being misplaced, and the underside of a couple open hatches being gray (shouldn't they be white?) it really looks great!

I particularly like those bronze torpedo warheads.

It sure looks like a bare-chested "JFK" figure with a fatigue cap at the wheel...

I agree, that looks awesome !! And man that sure looks like JFK behind the wheel with his hat and no shirt. Hey Dave, any idea what they used for the water effect? Do you have any more photos?

I don't have anything concrete for you. They didn't include anything in their 2013 catalog. They have announced the crew for the Vosper. It seems logical they would do a crew for this this boat as well. And how can you resist not doing JFK!

I believe my contact at Italeri is still at the Toy Fair. As I learn more I'll let you know.

All;
Copper warheads??
Model looks great otherwise, as does their quick diorama. The figures....whatever, I am doing my own.
Take care,
