While going through my Fathers WWII Navy stuff I came across some old photo's. I thought they may be of interest. He always said he was stationed in the Philippines. The last picture is of what looks like PT 140 that must have been running along side PT 122.

Hi Craig,
Welcome to the board. I have this photo of PT122 in RON8 underway taken from PT143 by skipper LTjg Bill Skade. I tried to enlarge it so you can see some detail. I hope this is helpful.

Jerry,

Great shot of the 122 'at speed'.

Welcome to the group Craig and thanks Jerry for posting the photo of PT-122. That's a nice looking late war 103 class boat. Some of the details I picked out where that unlike many of these converted boats the pads for the torpedo tubes have been removed. It's a much cleaner look. Also the engine access is the later design. Really a nice looking boat. Thanks for sharing her with us!

Thanks I am glad to be a part of this. It is great that we can keep the history of thesse almost forgotten parts of WWII alive.
