That's great! It looks a bit different than the one in the 1/32 Lindberg PT-?* kit. ;<)

Cheers

* I never did figure out what boat that kit was supposed to be. What a hodge podge of design details

Jeff, this will be very helpful in the ITALERI PT-109 build, as I want the boat to have a mast...............

Thank you Peter. Frank, the 109 kit has an antenna, check this image from David's review: http://www.modelwarships.com/reviews/ships/misc/pc/PT109-35-it-dw/PT-109-chart-house-detail.jpg

It looks pretty close except for the upper ring mounts for the cross brace wires are a bit low.

Hello Jeff, I have gone to your site many times over the past 3 months and your CAD drawing are outstanding. However, over the past 3 days I have not been able to get onto your site. It freezes right after www. I am using the same address I have always used. Even the link on this post doesn't get me in.

I am not sure where the problems lie but this is the only website that won't load.

Thanks

Sorry Mike, my web site host had a crash and the site was down for a few days. Try refreshing the page, sometimes browsers get stuck with old data.

Interesting Peter, I know the error message you mention but it comes up OK on my computer. Here's a link to the review, the mast can be seen in the 15th image of the parts down: http://www.modelwarships.com/reviews/ships/misc/pc/PT109-35-it-dw/Italeri-review.html

Dick, NOTHING can make your work look bad. Those wonderful cutaway images of the interiors are amazing. I'm glad you enjoy my work as well, your opinion and support mean a lot to me.

ModelWarships had a lot of people trying to embed images from galleries on other sites, so linking to direct images will get killed by the server. You have to link to the HTML page and tell people where the image is.

Unfortunate, but web sites have to protect themselves from the delta bravos out there.

Jeff, it is just as I envisioned it after pouring over the Washichek blueprints of the mast myself to model this detail for the PT-157. I love the two verticle, bowed supports. When making the piece for the model, it was amazing how strong the mast becomes because of the bow. When many many not have known until they look at the blueprints is that the supports cross-section were shaped somewhat like an airfoil of airplane wing

I can stare at your drawings all day long.
When will the be able to rotate them and do 'fly-bys' with our mouse (jst kidding....sort of)

Happy 2013 everybody. However, if the world ends tomorrow, it's been good knowing ya all!

Very nice and informative review. Nice to see some extra parts like the mast included in the kit.

Cheers
