Nice site David!
At least MTB 486 still looks like a boat! The other "houseboats" look like boat hulls with garden sheds or garages slapped on them! We know the long road they have ahead of them, at least they have the right man providing the quote for restoration, Richard has a top notch facility and group of workers.
I hope they pull it off, and she does not end up like PTC 5(MGB 86), which was under restoration, but they ran out of money and burned her at Hoo, England in 1993......the last 70' Elco.
