I am going there on 9/25 or 26 and would love to get some tips about the place. My main reason for going is the PT Boats (My dad was with them WWII) I've always wanted to see one for real, never knew about this untill I found this site. Any help would be great!
Thanks,
Dave

Contacting Don Shannon is a great idea. He has been great with my visits with my Dad. If you give him advance notice he can allow you to be on board the boats. It is truely a remarkable experience for both the veteran and the 2nd generation and my kids as well. Bring your camera and extra batteries and enjoy a great experience. I am so lucky to live within a few hours and my Dad lived 20 minutes away.
