Was a 70' or 77' ELCO tie clip or pin ever issued/made? Or did they only make and issue the 80' Elco tie clips and pins after the start of the PT 103 class?

I have many of the pins in my Exhibit but have never seen one done for the early 70 footers or the 77 Footers.
