Wow it sold for 3000+! Also John Wayne's officers cap, which is labelled as "Operation Pacific", and later his Commanders cap from" In Harms Way" is labelled as "They Were Expedable",officers cap, lot # 44216 10,000+ while the other hat lot # 44236 went for $10,000+

I think there is a copyright on that photo of the painting, that is why they made it so difficult to enlarge. Just a guess. Jerry
