For anyone interested in other navies' boats, here's one on the French motot torpedo boats:

Saibene, Marc. LES VEDETTES LANCE-TORPILLES FRANCAIS. (Rennes Cedex, France: Marine Editions). 2007.

It's written in French, but any online translator will make reading it possible for those not fluent in French. Contains lots of great photos and sharp, clear line drawings.
