20 FOOT PT BOAT FOR SALE
http://www.ptboatforum.com/cgi-bin/MB2/netboardr.cgi?cid=101&fid=102&tid=1961
I was checking EBAY a short time ago and there is this wonderful project for sale. This is a 1/4 scale PT BOAT, roughly 20 Feet in length, complete with its own trailer. The guy that worked on this project passed away. The hull is fiberglass and all cutom made, to except 3 cylinder Jet Ski engine. The boat is in Northridge, CA. I wish I lived in that area, because there is no RESERVE on this auction, and you might get it for a good price. The item number is #200528791151. You must take a look at this Beauty..............

At last look the price was only $200.00. Someone is going to steal one heck of a PT BOAT. What a nice project for someone to complete...................

Wow...that could get me in serious trouble with the wife. I kinda feel for the poor guy who passed after doing all that work! It's a shame he never got to see it powered up and underway, hunting for 1/4th scale barges sneaking along the coast.
At least the bidding has picked up...$2025 with three days left.

I must admit if I lived close to this place, and hit the lottery real quick, that boat would be mine. All kidding aside, this guy Sandy did a wonderful job on this 20 footer, and like Jim said, such a shame he never got to se it completed

That wonderful 20 footer was purchased for $7,200.00. That was a bargin in my eyes and should make for a real nice boat when fully completed.

I tried to make contact with the sellers to see if I could talk to the new buyers, but they never contacted me. I was hoping to ask the new owner to send us progress updates on the boat.
