As this project moves forward, I received a wonderful package in the mail from Frank Ryczek. They contained figures, Palm Trees, ground cover, and other trees for this all important project. My heart skipped a beat when I opened one of the boxes and found a Beautiful Gasoline Station complete with sign, jerry cans, barrels and other items. Frank has really went above and beyond here. I wanted to send you guys a few pictures. Notice the wonderful palm trees, and the ration boxes Frank made. The truck I purchased very cheap, already made off of EBAY . . . . . .

Thanks so much for posting those pictures Frank! The fueling station looks great next to the duece and a 1/2!

There is still a lot left to this build as Frank A will attest. There are two other modelers working on the "Green Island Diorama" and that's Stan Pierkowski and Alex Johnson. I'm very happy to be working with these fantastic modelers and can't wait until the project all comes together!
