Mike:

You may or may not know about a narritive writen by Tom Hart entitled, PT Squadron #16, World War II Memories 1999. It is written from the perspective primary of the crew of PT 221. It is 126 xerox copied pages, and is available from Meigs County Historical Society, P.O. Box 145, Pomerory, OH 45769. Price $17.00. If you are interested in your Dad's service and the activities of PT 221, I would recomend you getting a copy.

Don,
Thank you so much for the scan. I remember my Dad talking about the incident in this document.
I have a picture of the early PT221 Crew with their signed names on the backside. Notice tha Thomas Hart is included.

Hi Mike,

My dad was also a member of PT Boat 221. His name is Clifford Anderson. I just wanted to reach out to some other descendants of these great men who served our country. It has been some time since anyone posted a reply to this message so not sure if you will see this?

I am anxious to hear news of those who served with my dad. My dad is still alive and living in Minnesota. I am sure he would love to hear any news concerning his fellow PT Boaters!

Thanks.
