Don’t miss Headquarter's 46th Annual and last PT Boats Inc. Reunion, July 1st through the 5th, 2010 in Warwick, RI.
Registration has to be accompanied by deposit or payment. No one is counted in attendance numbers until payment is received. Early registration is strongly encouraged. HQ needs to know well ahead of the reunion how many will be there. Badges, souvenir patches and cups and other support materials must be ordered long before the actual reunion begins.
If you wait or if you just show up at the reunion, you may not have a room, meals or registration materials. That happened in Arlington VA at the 2009 reunion. So many people came in after the reunion started that the reunion office ran out of materials.
Don’t wait, it’s better to sign up now and then cancel if you need to. You can cancel anytime. But HQ in Germantown TN closes June 25 for the reunion. After that leave a message for PT staff at the Crowne Plaza Hotel 401-732-6200.
June 1 is the hotel cutoff. After that, rooms may not be available at the PT rate.
Running out of sleeping rooms and seats at meals is quite possible, so you must decide as early as you can. Please don’t wait beyond March 15, 2010 which is the price increase deadline. The sooner HQ knows you’re coming, the better for the whole reunion and all attendees.
