Ted,

If he is alive, ask PTBI to ask him to contact you.

The dust jacket end papers for David M. Levy's book "Fast Boats And Fast Times" states Mr. Levy currently lives in Rochester, New York, the city in which he was born and raised.

Perhaps you could write Mr. Levy in care of the publisher of his book, or call them (the publisher). Their info is:

Author House
1663 Liberty Drive, Suite 200
Bloomington, IN 47403
1-800-839-8640
