I looked through John Lambert's Vosper construction section in ALLIED COASTAL FORCES OF WORLD WAR II and did not see any lengths given, only thicknesses. However, based on general wooden boat building principles, I suspect lengths varied. The inner layer(s) were liaid diagonally and the outer layer fore and aft. Butt joints on the outer layers would be staggered, so the planks would be different lengths to achieve this.
