well during his funeral my grandmother received some papers telling her that my grand father is sill owed some medals and she will file for them, and she said that as she goes through his things she will send me copies of pictures he took during the war including pictures of the day the papers were signed at the end of the war in the Philipines.
I wish I look through all of my self but I live in a different state.
Also she says she found papers he wrote with stories about the war including some videotaped of him retelling some events.
She couldn't recolect his unit be she says it was in the 30's
