Great job putting together Pt memorable. Seeing the Burgee pennant from Ron # 2 fantastic. All Elco employees, the men who served on them would be extremely proud of the display. I wish my dad was here to see this.

Thanks for your kind reply. I am so glad you stopped at Springfield to see it. Yes, your Dad would have been very proud to have seen the display, as I am putting them on for the public.........

I am always thrilled when I meet someone from the message board at on of my Exhibits. Such was the case today ( Saturday ) when I had the pleasure of meeting Jim Stanton and his Father. They were on a tight schedule, coming from another stop to see the collection of boats from Rob Iannuzi. These guys were great, and we spent over 2 hours talking PT Boats, before I had to leave. Jim and his Dad were on their way to see the old MTBSTC BASE, so they put in a full day of nothing but PT BOATS. Thanks you guys for coming. It was great seeing you, and more important, it is the start of a nice friendship...........
