I have created three Poster/Calendar projects I'm now selling. Over the last ten years I have created three-dimensional cut-way drawings from copies of engineering drawings purchased from Headquarters and since then have diddled away until now. In many instances published photos as found in Victor Chun’s and Howard Johnson PT Boat books were used for reference where necessary detail wasn’t available in engineering format. Well, the diddling is over, see the photo below for a quick look.
Currently this project is based on the ELCO 80’ PT Boat, PT 103-196 Series. You can see from the photo there is a 13” x 19” Poster, a 13” x 19” Poster Calendar and an 11” x 17” 28-page Wall Calendar. The Wall Calendar features 13 other Series 103 drawings including larger interior views, Plan view, and various other Exterior views developed from copies of ELCO engineering.
You’ll notice some other drawings being displayed on the computer monitors, these are part of my continuing work, which include the ELCO 77 footer (PT-41), and an updated ELCO 80’. Still in works are the 77’ that required some minor modifications and a color job, ELCO Series PT 314-361, ELCO Series 565-600, Higgins series and the Huckins boat. Many of the Higgins three-dimensional exteriors have been completed but the interiors are not, still need to collect some interior data such as Bulkhead views to complete the interiors. The Huckins exterior is done but it’s interior needs to be completed.

Just a Treasure Trove of information on these Posters and I can't wait to get them. A cutaway of an Elco PT Boat certainly would enhance anyones collection or model project. I know it will help out my Exhibit ten fold. Dick keep up the wonderful work that you do, and I hope all the guys on this message board buy your product. Merry Christmas.............

I would love to have a Higgins poster framed for my wall. Let us know when you have them complete. Not much out on Higgins boats which I rode. Thanks

I'm +1 on the Higgins as well...even though Pop rode on the earlier series. They look great! Very impressive.

I just got the wall calendar in the mail. It is fantastic. Great job. The poster has not come yet but I expect it in the next few days.

Great stuff, Dick! I urge everyone to get one or more of these offerings; they are truly worth the price. Can't wait for the Higgins set.

Dick,
I echo Will's sentiments. Beautiful work. I will contact you to purchase some copies after we get the hustle-bustle of the holidays behind us.
Good job, thanks, and Merry Christmas!
