Nice snapshot of Huckins PT-100 and crew in her co-star role of PT-31 in the movie "They Were Expendable", probably around March 1945. Notice the wood .50 caliber shields have been removed. The installation of an older style "Elco" mast (farther aft than original Huckins style), fake tubes to "sort-of-match" the real 22.5" ones on PT-141 (able to launch the Mark XIII) and the empty pad for the forward 20mm mount. After filming, it seems that the wood shields were never re-installed and it is believed that the forward 20mm was never re-installed either. The MK-1 rack were mounted back, as was the light weight aft 20mm and SO radar.
