I would first like to thank Frank Andruss, Charles Jones and Kelly Evans from Signs Etc. Without the help from you this project would not have happened.
I always wished I had the original plaque from my Uncles PT boat PT 380, but the chances of finding it were slim to none. I decided to make a replica plaque as close to the original as possible. The idea came to me when I was reading Charles Jones book MTBSTC: Motor Torpedo Boat Squadron Training Center, I then emailed Frank to see if he had a original plaque and he did! Frank sent me a picture and measurements to go by. Kelly from Signs Etc in Sparta New Jersey made my dream a reality.
The plaque owned by Frank Andruss is from PT 593 ( picture below),

They did a very nice job. This will give others that had loved ones serving on the boats a way to honor them

Travis great idea and, great job by Mr. Evans from Signs Etc. . . .
It was copied perfectly. What size is the plaque.

The plaque is 8x5 same size as the original.
