	Rare photos of PT-9 that were part of the donation to my exhibit by Assistant Supv. of Ships for the Elco Naval Division, F. Walter Rowe. Description on the envelope in Mr. Rowe's hand says "Brought an Elco PT Boat to Essex on a Builders Trail. Dated May 1941. Thanks to Heather Rowe, these were taken at the old Essex Yacht Club in Connecticut at the old Essex Steamboat Dock at the time.
