I am looking for the location of the LUX pulls on later (480+ ) Elco boats.
Any help is appreciated.

The lux pull boxes controlled the release of CO2 to the engine room and tank compartment on 2 separate systems. One Elco drawing covers PTs 103-196, 314-367, 372-383, and 546-543 so they were (likely) the same. Another for PTs 486-545 and 731-760 show the same locations for the lux pull boxes. One on the port side of the day cabin, and another on the false deck between the day cabin and engine hatch on the boat center line.
The drawing for PTs 565-624 shows 2 pull boxes on the port bridge and 2 aft of the day cabin on the false deck between the day cabin and engine hatch.
I've created some drawings that show the specific locations for all but the 565-624 series: http://www.pt103.com/PT_Boat_Components_Day_Room_Cabin_Trunk.html

You're welcome, and thank you Jonathan! I'm going to try and dig up some more info on the 565-624 locations, unfortunately the Elco drawings are somewhat sparse for them.

I'm glad you asked about the pull boxes Jonathan, I learned something new! It looks like the aft pull boxes were moved from the false deck to the back of the day cabin sometime between PTs 588 and 593. The bridge boxes were located on the port side of the bridge, just forward of the aft armor plate.
PT 588 with the boxes on the false deck, on a slightly raised platform:
PT 593 with the boxes on the back of the day cabin:
PT 613 with a better view of their location:
PT 589 stencil indicating that the boxes were on the port side of the bridge:
PT 613 stencil indicating that the boxes were on the port side of the bridge, you can see a bit of one near the deck:

Two of Andy Small's Elco 80 drawings for PTs 589-624 to the rescue. They were slightly to the port of the center line:
The bridge boxes are listed for PTs 565-624. The lux piping cover along the port armor plate was 5 1/2 width (2nd photo down, at top):
