Three US built Vospers MTB 295, MTB 297 and MTB 371 were involved in a special forces operation code named "Gradient" (some interesting pics) :

Hi Jeff, as far as I can tell the camo scheme sported by MTB 295 and MTB 297 was quite unique. No doubt it was particularly designed for the type of operations these boats were involved in. According to Lt. Hugh Cassidy their camouflage was quite effective and they were never spotted by German reconnaissance planes. Of course tarps were also used to hide the boats.
