Hello everyone, New to the forum and have always been interested in PT boats. You might say I cut my teeth in boating aboard the PT 486 AKA Sightseer. This was my grandfathers boat and starting at age 12 or maybe younger I was working as a deckhand on the boat. Over the years I got to learn the location of every screw, bolt or bracket on this boat along with handling characteristics of a Elco 80. What I learned on this boat and from my Grandfather is still with me today. Just wish I had a PT boat. Capt. Tom Stocker.

Welcome aboard Tom! You know the boat is still sitting up in Kingston? I have quite a few photos I could send to you from when I started to take a survey in 2017. I had a group that was interested in getting her running again, but the condition was far worse than we expected and exceeded our funding.
She is repairable, but at great cost.
