Must see - - - the notes on pages 84, 85 and 358 probably from an old “salty“ chief, clearly an expert motormac
Great find and link Jeff, thanks much. This digital pdf is very convenient - Frankie had sent me a photocopy of his copy from his personal library, way, way, way back when I was a mere innocent infant ! ! ! ! probably back in the late 90’s.

Glad you enjoyed it Dick! Yes those notes are interesting although I think the heat from the engine he had to sit on was getting to him.

The site sponsoring the download, http://www.packardroyal.com, has some beautiful pictures of a 4M-2500 powered car which is a rolling work of art. It's a beast about 3/8 the length of a PT boat.
