Smithonian Channel has a show (Combat Ships) on Monday 12 Feb about Torpedo Boats.
One segment will be on PT 109 with JFK.

That was sure a disappointing production, from the slant I would bet this was a British produced program. Didn't hear Elco or Higgins mentioned once.
