Thanks again, Stu. I'll go with the deck - and other horizontal surfaces - in Deck Green 20-G. I appreciate the links to the NavSource photos, too!

Hello,
That is a very fine model Higgins PT.
I found my old Mosquito fleet book I got many years ago. This book was by Bob Ferrell. On the back pages is a drawing of a Higging with what he said was measure31 color. The drawing shows this to be black and green on deck as well as on the hull.
I am in no way knowledgeable of the measures in WW2. This is why I joined this forum to get help from the pros.
Once again the model is very fine looking.
Lets keep the memory alive !
