Randy when you start taking tour passengers , to be WW2 realistic you could serve them a plate of fried spam and powdered eggs or a plate of weevilly pancakes and orange marmalade (no syrup) along with a canteen of grapefruit juice. That is what we had at Vella La Vella. Ha

Mr Smith. I am attempting to ascertain the PT305's radio status. I noticed there is no HF whip mounted. I am coordinating with the JARC for the USN museum ships fleetwide event the first weekend in June via amateur radio.
I am also attempting to get any information on replacement HF whips for the Higgens 78 ft. PT boats. I have a USN HF whip in stock here at ESI in New Orleans to donate, but it is for destroyers and not "whippy" enough for PT duty
Any info or photos you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Are there any radiomen or ET's in your crew I could contact?
