I just started reading this:The South Pacific Aboard Hell's Belle PT 329, by William H. "Bill" Ferguson, QM2/C PT 329 RON 21. (Copyright 2015).
Looks like another good PT book, and a good inside look of life in RON 21.

Anything written by a PT vet about life during the war has got to be good. My favorite reading here is from veterans, I love story time!

Interesting read, however one glaring error. Several times in the story the Packard engines were referred to as 16 cylinder power plants. Must have been the fastest boat in the SW Pacific.
