Thanks for the reply back! I Googled 'Coastal Force Plans' and 'Coastal Force' , but no hits. Can you help me with an address or e-mail? I would really like a set of those plans. Being new at the game I need all the help I can get!

Hello again!
I dug deeper and found the plans through 'Floating Dry Dock'. Look forward to seeing your next set of pictures.

Hi Guy's
Have been reading your topic's lately whilst I havn't done much work with the build. Kid's school holiday's 6 weeks worth of having to keep them amused.
Have managed to get on with the build over the last couple of weeks now that the kid's have gone back to school.
Have managed to get almost all ofthe painting of the main boat done now. still some smaller detailing work to do. have used a mixture of paints & method's to get a pleasant looking result. Might change the colour of the algae line as it's a little bright. Only painted it on about a 1/4 of the hull wanted to have most of it scrapped off. You can see were it has been scrapped down to clean paint in places. very pleased with the way that the detail has come out on the main gun's & the torpedoes now that they have been weathered.
Started to paint the diorama items as well. have built some scaffold tower's to go along side the boat. need to build the ladder's yet.
have just started to scratchbuild a large palm tree.
Have added a couple of pictures to the diorama build & about 9 more to the painting folder.
1 question whilst the boat is being worked on would they have still had the flag flying. On the main mast or the smaller poll at the stern.

Hi Every one
have been busy getting the smaller items ready to go on the diorama, thev'e taken nearly as long as the conversion & scratch building work on the boat. there all ready now. shall be spraying the palm trees over the weekend , then it's time to put the diorama together.
All that's left then is the figure's to paint .
So I'm slowly getting there. have added a few more pictures to the diorama site. links is.

have also added the final oil stain's rust marks etc to the boat as well.
Hope you enjoy the pictures.

Those plans of your's are great, they made my life a lot easier.
not having to guess what some of the items & sizes were.
thanks for a great set of plans.
recomend them to any one who's looking at backdating any kit. doen't matter what scale you use they can be converted so easily.
