On NAVSOURCE it says "PT311, called "Wanderer" struck a mine and sank 18 November 1944 south-south-west of La Spezia, Italy." Sorry I dont have any photos of the boat. I will look to see if I do.

Tom;
Brenton Welles Creelman was Harvard Class of 37, and lettered in Squash(and probably a few other sports, but that's all I could find)
Here is the monument in the US National Cemetery in Florence, Italy
All are from RON 22. All are from PT 311 except LTjg Paul Fidler and S 1/C Albert E. Ferrin who were killed when PT 307 bow plunged on 8 Dec 1944, in heavy seas.

P.S. LTjg Creelman's widow, Mrs. Elizabeth Tina (Rollins) Creelman, passed on 21 Dec 2006 at the age of 91, she never remarried.

Hi! I'm coming to this threat late but if anyone has or wants information about Brent Creelman or PT 311 they should feel free to email me at woodhouse.jessica@gmail.com or my father at cfwoodhouse@aol.com. My dad did quite a bit of research a few years ago. Brent's wife Elizabeth Rollins Creelman was his Aunt Tina -- his mother's sister. My father grew up hearing many stories about Brent from both sisters, and I know he'd love to be in touch with anyone who is related to Brent or has any information or photographs of him.
