The towing bitt was used on the first few Elco 80' boats, the following is based on the Elco drawing for it and PT images to fill the gaps in the drawing:

I have it up in 1/35th scale on ShapeWays for (no profit to me) 3D printing: http://www.shapeways.com/product/P6A7C8TAJ/elco-pt103-108-towing-bitt-1-35th?key=72bdd6765cf777e67dcf1e9fe1dccaa7. The base flange of the deck ring is too thick (to meet SW's min thickness requirement) and should be sanded down a bit to match the vertical part of the flange.

I have two on the way. I'll take some photos when they arrive and share with everyone. This is going to be a big time saver for my 105 model.

I finally got around to playing with this 103 class towing bit. It appeared on boats 103-108. Jeff was kind enough to make the drawings and send to Shapeways so that I could have it printed. Like the other "Ultra Fine" items these parts were just a little rough. I think they call it strata. A little work with my Flex-I-File bow sander smoothed it right out. Here's a photo on the bow of my 105 project. If you're going to build one of these boats this is a must have item.

You're welcome David, and thanks for posting images. When I started my project I never thought I'd see parts actually come to life.
